    Flying Branch

  • Candidates should have passed 12th standard by scoring a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
  • Candidates should be graduated (03 years course, 04 years BE/B. Tech) by scoring a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
  • A candidate who has cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
  • Candidates appearing in Final Year are also eligible to apply but they do not have any backlog at the time of AFSB testing and should have Degree certificate issued by the University as per the date specified in the official notification.
  • Technical Branch (Electronics and Mechanical Engineering)

  • Candidates should have passed 12th standard by scoring a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in each of the mentioned subjects (Physics and Mathematics).
  • Candidates should have passed graduation/post-graduation level in Engineering/ Technology by scoring a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
  • Candidates appearing in Final Year are also eligible to apply but they do not have any backlog at the time of AFSB testing and should have Degree certificate issued by the University as per the date specified in the official notification.
  • A candidate who has cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
  • Non-Technical Branches (Administration & Logistics)

  • Candidates should be graduated in any field (3 years course, 04years BE/B. Tech) by scoring a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
  • A candidate who has cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
  • Accounts: Candidate should have B. Com. Degree from recognized university with minimum aggregate of 60% marks.

    Eligibility for NCC Special Entry (Flying Branch)

  • NCC Air Wing Senior Division ‘C’ certificate acquired on or after 15 Dec 15 will be mandatory.
  • Candidates should have passed 12th standard by scoring a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
  • Candidates should be graduated (3 years course, 04years BE/B. Tech) by scoring a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
  • A candidate who has cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

  • Meteorology: Post Graduate Degree in any Science stream/ Mathematics/ Statistics/Geography/Computer Applications/Environmental Science/ Applied Physics/ Oceanography/Meteorology/Agricultural Meteorology/Ecology & Environment /Geo-physics/Environmental Biology with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together (Provided Mathematics and Physics were studied at Graduation Level with a minimum of 55% marks in each.
